Qualifications, Training and experience

I trained at the Shiatsu College Norwich and graduated in 2007.

I went on to complete a Post-Graduate year of study and became a fully qualified Shiatsu Practitioner in 2008. I am a Member of the Register of the Shiatsu Society (MRSS).

I have also undertaken specialist training in Baby Shiatsu with The Aceki Developmental Shiatsu: Baby and Child Shiatsu Certified Training College, completing Baby Shiatsu 1 and Baby Shiatsu 2 making me a Baby Shiatsu Practitioner.

Alongside my Shiatsu training I have undertaken 2 Introductory courses in Person Centred Counselling, in Counselling Theory and Counselling Skills.

I have also been teaching myself ‘The Emotion Code’ which is an easy and effective tool to release trapped emotions.

I have also taken the ‘Out With Aggression’ intensive parenting class from the Hand in Hand  Parenting approach and have been using Hand in Hand parenting ‘tools’ for 9 years. I also have experience working with neurodiverse children and adults.

I have also taken training for Birth and Post-Natal Doula’ing and am currently a mentored Doula. I am happy to offer post natal Doula services.

I am currently studying for a Certification in Spiritual Life Coaching with the Holistic Learning Centre and will become a fully qualified Spiritual Life Coach in 2026.
