Shiatsu is very nourishing for your general well-being, but it may also help with acute and chronic health conditions, both physical and emotional.
This can include:
Stress, Anxiety, depression, insomnia, supporting energy levels, back/neck/shoulder ache, general aches and pains, digestive problems, menstrual problems, fertility issues, respiratory illnesses etc.
I am a firm believer that Shiatsu will help and support almost any condition. If however I feel there is a therapy better suited to your needs I am happy to advise. I have a number of colleagues offering different services such as acupuncture, cranial sacral therapy, physiotherapy, chiropractic and kinesiology.
I have worked with a broad spectrum of clients over the years and had great success with many conditions. I am particularly interested however in supporting people with their emotional well-being and related issues.
I have personal experience supporting mothers with the various challenges they face as part of motherhood.
For mothers Shiatsu may help with:
